BLEEDING NOSE
today we had two lady's from Christchurch to teach us skills about how to stop a bleeding nose you grab the end and tilt your head ford and hold that position for 10 minutes if it doesn't work try again and tell an adult.
CUT
For a cut you have to find something to put pressure on the cut add a bandage over top so they don't have to hold it and use up all there energy then you elevate it you put there hand on the shoulder and make a sling kind of thing but instead of putting it over your neck put it around their back and unwrap it after awhile.
How to safe people that are unconscious
First you check they aren't sleeping by yelling something, Then you check for danger, Then you put there arm by there head, Then sit there foot up so the knee is facing the roof, Then you put the other hand on there belly, Then you put them on there side, Then you put the hand on the belly under there head as a pillow.

The Random Friday writing
The casual Sunday frost
The White glistening snow was defrosting on the the ground like and ice cream melting in the sun heat the sun shone through the walking trees hoping that it would defrost in time for soccer always has this problem on a Sunday morning they wont let us play because when you stand on the grass it dies and wont look as good as a it normally is when i looked through the window i saw some defrosted patches n the ground now i called my mates over you could see a perfect picture of the sun coming through the trees then we looked at the grass most of it had defrosted now instead of paper white grass there is green grass as soon it was fully defrosted i realized i was the only one there then the sun went down i had been here all day it must have been the biggest frost i have ever seen i thought
Suddenly icicle appeared from no were i was getting cold it was getting dark i sprinted home and told mum all about it then everything went white i knew that a knew frost has started i went out side a snow flake landed on my nose i caught two in my mouth i was about to lick an icicle when mum called my in to stoke the fire you could tell it was cold because the coal went white and stuck together like super glue except it finally melted it was time to go to bed to see tomorrows new frost
